Ambrosia Inspection Services is a locally owned, full-service provider of residential and commercial property inspections.
Headquartered in Frankston, TX, I serve clients throughout Anderson, Henderson, Cherokee, Houston, Leon, and Freestone counties.
I am T.R.E.C. and I.C.C. certified, ensuring every residential inspection meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Unlike many competitors, I am not part of a franchise, and I do not inspect properties part-time. My professional services are designed to deliver valuable insights on maintenance, repairs, and recommended upgrades.
I am Gary Ambrosia, and I am certified in over 30 inspection specialties beyond basic inspection and use the latest technologies for evaluating properties including infrared imaging, electronic testing equipment, and moisture/laser temperature meters.

My Promise to You
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and, yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work — a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This, I promise you.
